Continuing our policy of improving the production process during the month of September Cipsa has acquired a new alkaline etching machine from the brand LUMIPLAS.

This system greatly helps the copper etching process more uniform and efficient.

The new equipment gives us a high quality in etching process, by controlling nozzles sectorally, this control of the nozzles allows us to eliminate the effect “raft” which is the main cause of unequal etching. This new system helps us to achieve uniform on both sides of the PCB and in the different production areas of the production panel.

With the acquisition of the new etching machine, we can achieve optimal quality in the circuits that have thin spaces that are increasingly present in the market.
