The application of the AS 9100 regulation raises our quality standards and affects all our customers in a positive way regardless of the sector to which they belong.

Be advised of the recent acquisition of a Nordson X-ray machine Dage™ Quadra 3.

This equipment will allow the analysis and verification of all processes for which the use of X-rays is necessary.

The use of X-rays allows any part of a circuit to be visualized, even internal layers, in a non-destructive manner.

Cipsacircuits has equipped its Quality Department with an Olympus microscope. Provided with x1, x5,x10 and x20 lenses plus a 10x motorized optical zoom allows a maximum total magnification of 7000x on the monitor.

This microscope allows both the visualization and analysis of samples as well as practicing measurements on them with an accuracy of +/;- 5µ

Cipsacircuits has integrated a thickness measurement equipment into its quality department to analyze the different surfaces and ensure the quality of the process.

Through this control, we can verify and correct possible process deviations and guarantee greater robustness of the process.

A new inkjet printing machine from the firm Orbotech has joined the Serigraphy Department. In this way, the process and its quality is optimized by adding this machine to the existing model 120.

Following the policy of continuous improvement and competitiveness, the Photo Printing Department has been equipped with a new charger for the LDI Nuvogo™ 780.

This loader is composed of two fully automatic robotic arms which will allow us to increase our production capacity as well as minimize the handling of the panels, thus ensuring optimal quality levels.

Cipsacircuits, S. A. informs you about the recent purchase of an optical final inspection machine Taiyo TY-VISIONTM M105SC. With the installation of this machine, we are strengthening the final inspection department in order to offer our customers the highest quality.

Characteristics:
– Resolution from 5 to 10μ, which allows the detection of defects on the surface of the circuit (scratch, dirt, discoloration, displacement of the solder/screen printing, lack of surface finish of the pad, defects in screen printing, etc. )

– It also has a verification station, which allows the identification and evaluation of the detected defects after scanning the circuit.

Cipsacircuits has equipped its Quality Department with impedance measurement equipment in order to control and certify those circuits in which there are tracks that must comply with a certain impedance and that are a customer requirement.
